Our service area covers the entire state of Ohio, including the major metropolitan areas of Cleveland, Columbus, Akron, Toledo and Cincinnati. Our corporate office is in Solon, OH, with additional service shops located in Columbus, OH, and Canton, OH. We also service customers in the neighboring states of Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan with maintenance and new equipment sales. We were contacted by a customer having an issue with their 32-yard trash compactor leaking from the bottom, creating a messy situation in their parking area. Our team was able to promptly address this complicated issue. We inspected the problematic trash device, identified the leakage source, and promptly stopped the leak. We then proceeded to clean and sanitize the area to ensure safety and cleanliness in the parking lot. We're pleased with the effectiveness of our service and the quick resolution to the problem. The customer reached out to us because their E-Stop button was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, a direct replacement was not available, therefore we installed an alternative E-Stop to keep their operations running smoothly. Also, when the compactor extended, it blew the 1AMP fuse. We diligently worked towards a viable solution to rectify the complex situation. Our team resolved this matter expediently so the client was able to return to their routine without any disruptions.

We were contacted by a customer today having issues with their tipper stuck in the air. This is a challenging situation that could potentially be dangerous, so we quickly came on site to resolve the problem. Our team skillfully utilized a range of our high-performance equipment to gradually lower the elevated tipper. We incorporated additional safety measures such as special stabilizing tools to ensure the lowering process was secure and controlled. We're glad to report that the operation was successful, and the safely grounded tipper is now back in operation. The customer contacted us due to a problem with their cardboard compactor not crushing evenly. The machine's crush plate was found tilted when crushing, leading to uneven compaction. We performed a planned maintenance on a series of compactors for a customer. Of their seven compactors in need of service, two were experiencing issues - they were excessively loud when operational, and on of the handles was loose. Upon completing our thorough checks and necessary repairs, their compactors are now running quietly and efficiently. We were recently contacted by a customer reporting that their unit was leaking, and that the emergency stop button had broken off. Additionally, they noted that the oil level had dropped below half. To remedy these issues, we immediately dispatched our team of experts. They skillfully fixed the leak in the unit, replaced the broken emergency stop button, and replenished the oil to its optimal level. The customer understandably contacted us due to a damaged compactor hood. This defect was creating a gap that allowed bugs to infiltrate their compactor. To resolve their issue, we meticulously cleaned the compactor and then sprayed it using our environmentally friendly pest control solution. Subsequently, we replaced the damaged part of the compactor hood to ensure a secure seal, preventing any further bug intrusions. We're pleased to have been able to provide an effective and comprehensive solution for our customer's compactor issue.
